The New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville is finishing up a garage project and will soon sell protected places to store race cars, motorcycles and classic vehicles.

The dozen or so spaces at Exotic Car Garages at the raceway start at 500 square feet, with 12 foot tall doors and 18 foot ceilings. The climate controlled garages will be equipped with electric service, sprinkler systems and carbon monoxide detectors. There is 24-hour security at the garages and the park.

Chris Banker, spokesman for New Jersey Motorsports Park, said the garages will be privately owned.

The area was paved last week and the park hopes to complete the Exotic Car Garages in the next month or so, he said.

The park includes two world-class road courses, a motorsports country club membership program, the Finish Line Pub restaurant, and the F1 New Jersey karting facility.
