Samantha Roessler: ForeSite Commercial Realty is solely a commercial brokerage firm.

We specialize in office and industrial leasing and sales, representing tenants and landlords, and purchasers and sellers. We also handle land, retail and investment sales, and do retail leasing as well.

We provide our clients with complete knowledge of the current market, as well as market their properties using all of the services available to us.

Frank Sortino: Including an amalgamation of all of the online services.

Roessler: We handle all sizes of office space. Among current listings we have buildings from 2,000 square feet to 90,000 square feet. We’ve got the listing for English Creek Corporate Center, and the Hamilton Office Center, both of which are 90,000 square feet.

We’re skilled in negotiating, we use Internet marketing resources, and we keep our clients informed through annual market updates.

The biggest challenge currently is the economy, and pairing the right user to the building. Financing for purchases and leases is more difficult, with banks stricter about lending and tenants unwilling to pay the rates of four years ago.

Sortino: A lot comes down to the submarket you’re dealing with.

Roessler: I started with Colliers International 20 years ago and was the senior associate in Toronto for them. When I moved here, I was sought by Rose Commercial to assist in opening its Northfield office.

Sortino: I started with the Philadelphia firm of Albert M. Greenfield in 1979. I’ve been working as a broker and development marketing rep for 32 years.

Roessler: We’d like to expand the office and add two or three more sales associates. We’d like to be a boutique firm with a core specialty in commercial real estate.
