Blazemup Cutz specializes in haircuts for men and women, starting with kids just old enough to walk in.
We also have wash bowls if they want to have their hair washed.
We can do ladies' eyebrows, shaping them. We can shave people if they want it.
Blazemup Cutz has specials.
On Tuesdays, we have a $5 discount for senior citizens and military members.
Wednesdays, we give $3 off for police, firefighters and city workers.
On Thursdays, casino employees get $3 off.
If it's your birthday, you can get a haircut for $5.
And anyone in eighth grade and younger who is on a merit or honor roll can get their hair cut for free.
The price for haircuts for men starts at $15 and averages $20, with kids starting at $10.
We do Beijing dyes just for men. Some use that to touch up gray hair.
All of the old school styles are coming back, such as the mohawk, the box cut, the Brooklyn, the taper and the blowout. We do all of those.
We mainly do walk-ins, but we can do appointments. We're open Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
I have a little waiting area, where people can play the Xbox or watch TV. I've also got free WiFi for customers.
We get a little barbershop talk, mostly about sports.
Entry: I've done a little bit of everything. I like doing hair because I can be my own boss, and I like making people happy.
I attended the Atlantic County Institute of Technology for my barber training. I worked in a couple of different barbershops first before opening this shop.
This location is pretty good. It's not in the middle of Pleasantville, so it's away from the riffraff.
The future: I've got two other barber stations right now, waiting to fill them up with someone who has their license and wants to cut hair.
