Brian Groetsch Jr., a broker-associate with Re/Max at the Shore, is the Cape May County Association of Realtors 2012 Realtor of the Year.
Groetsch, a Cape May native has been a licensed real estate agent since 2004. He served as president of the association in 2011 and 2012.
In 2010, he was appointed as a director to the New Jersey Association of Realtors.
