Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors, and the Trident Group, of Sea Isle City, have acquired First Eastern Realty, also a brokerage in Sea Isle City.
Among members of First Eastern Realty group joining Prudential Fox are Mike Ternosky, Bart Tantillo, Mark Ternosky, Debbie Jackson, Julie Lyons, Penny Ternosky, Barb Stevens and Steph Jones.
First Eastern Realty was established in 1970 and was owned by Mike Ternosky since 1988.
Two agents join Farley & Ferry
Maria C. Shelton and Guy A. Deninger have joined the Farley & Ferry Realty agency in Ventnor.
Deninger has 45 years in the banking industry, 35 of those years in South Jersey.
Shelton has been a member of Atlantic City & County Board of Realtors since 1972.
