Builders convention in Atlantic City

The Atlantic Builders Convention will be held April 10-11 at the Atlantic City Convention Center.

The convention, with an exhibit floor and attendance of 6,500 expected, will be preceded by an Economic Forecast Seminar from 2 to 4 p.m. April 9 in the Bossa Nova Meeting Room, South Tower, at Tropicana Casino and Resort.

The panel of experts will include Joel Naroff, president of Naroff Economic Advisors; Jeffrey Otteau, president of Otteau Valuation Group; Anika Kahn, senior economist, residential construction, Wells Fargo; and Carol Ann Short, chief operaring officer of the New Jersey Builders Association.

Kershbaumers join Keller Williams O.C.

Keller Williams Realty-Jersey Shore in Ocean City has added Ed and GiGi Kershbaumer to its staff.

The Kershbaumers formerly were with Berger Realty in Ocean City, for whom Ed Kershbaumer managed a local office.

Prior to their real estate career, the Kershbaumers spent 30 years in the vending and amusement industries, owning six businesses.

After summering for many years in Ocean City, they moved there in 2008.
