A hazardous weather outlook with thunderstorms and lightning has been issued South Jersey, forecasters said Sunday night.

Thunderstorms may be accompanied by strong wind gusts, rain and frequent cloud to ground lightning, according to the National Weather Service in Mount Holly.

Flooding also is expected, forecasters said.
