ATLANTIC CITY — Tioga Downs Casino, in Nichols, New York, continues its two-day job fair at the Claridge Hotel today.
The job recruitment, which started Monday, runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Claridge Hotel.
Tioga Downs offers 795 casino games, mostly electronic blackjack and poker machines, according to the racetrack's website. The company hopes to acquire a Class III Casino License, which would allow it to offer table games including craps, roulette and blackjack.
Tioga Downs Casino is looking for employees as it continues to expand its facility, said Scott Freeman, president and general manager at the facility. Representatives are looking for experienced dealers, casino supervisors, surveillance operators, hosts, slot technicians and other gaming operation workers for the site. The casino is looking to hire between 45 and 60 workers, Freeman said.
