Sturm, Jr. Administration Building, 4 Moore Road, Crest Haven Complex, Cape May Court House, New Jersey, for the following: "ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS TO LINCOLN AVENUE (CR 651) IN CAPE MAY POINT AND A PORTION OF BAYSHORE ROAD (CR 607) IN LOWER TOWNSHIP" Information regarding the bid for this project may be obtained from the Cape May County Purchasing Department by going to Cape May County Procurement Portal at capemayprocure.org. Proposal forms, instructions to bidders, specifications, Special Provisions and other bidding documents may be obtained upon payment of a $100.00 charge (non-refundable) at the County Public Works Department offices in the William E. Sturm, Jr. Administration Building, 4 Moore Road, Crest Haven Complex, Cape May Court House, New Jersey, (609) 465-1035, during normal County office hours. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A.10:5-31 Et.Seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27: 27.
