ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority P.O. Box 610 Cape May Court House, New Jersey 08210 (609) 465-9026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority up to 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, on Thursday, February 28, 2013 at which time the bids will be publicly unsealed and the contents announced for the following: CONTRACT SLF-12-13 FURNISH AND DELIVER STAINLESS STEEL WELDED PIPE AND PIPE FITTINGS TO THE CAPE MAY COUNTY MUNICPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY'S SANITARY LANDFILL Proposal Forms, Instructions to Bidders, Specifications, and other bidding documents may be examined and/or obtained from the Cape May County Municipal Utilities Authority Administrative Office, 1523 Route 9 North, Swainton, NJ, during normal business hours. Bids must be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope and plainly marked with the name and number of the Contract bid, and contain the name and address of the Bidder on the envelope. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed. The Authority assumes no responsibility for bids received after the designated time and date, and will return late bids to the Bidder unopened. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and of N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. The Authority reserves the right, in accordance with the provision of the Local Public Contract Law: 40A:11-13.2 as amended, to reject all bids as permitted by this Statute. A New Jersey Business Registration Certificate is required and must be submitted prior to the award of this contract; no contract may be awarded without proof of a valid New Jersey Business Registration Certificate.
