CITY OF BRIGANTINE PLANNING/ZONING BOARD NOTICE OF HEARING TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: TAKE NOTICE that on the 23rd day of May 2012 at 7:00 PM, a hearing will be held before the Brigantine Planning/Zoning Board at the Municipal Building, 1417 W. Brigantine Avenue, Brigantine, New Jersey on the application for the undersigned requesting Board approval pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c)(2), along with Brigantine Land Use Ordinance Section 198-38(A) for the following Rear Yard Setback Variances: (1) 20' Required, 10' proposed (Second Deck to North Bulkhead); (2) 20' required, 13' proposed (BBQ to East Bulkhead); (3) 20' required, 10' proposed (Trellis to East Bulkhead); and (4) 20' required, 15' proposed (Building to North Bulkhead).
