Complete Care Health Network: Public Notice PROJECT: Complete Care Health Network Interior Clinic Fit-out Shoprite of Rio Grande: Ritecare Rio Grande, New Jersey Attn.: All Bidders Please take note that on the fifteenth (15) day of March, 2013, sealed written proposals will be received by Complete Care Health Network for the renovations and upgrades to their existing RiteCare Clinic located at Shoprite in Rio Grande, New Jersey. Bids will be received during regular business hours (8:30 am through 5:00 pm) at the Corporate Offices of TJD Architects & Engineers, 135 American Avenue, Bridgeton NJ. Bid award is anticipated for Monday March 18, 2013. Bid documents will be available for review and/or purchase on Friday, February 22, 2013 at the Offices of TJD Architects & Engineers; 135 American Avenue in Bridgeton, NJ for a non-refundable fee of $ 45.00 per set of documents. No partial sets will be issued. Project Description The renovation project consists of approximately 780 SF of interior Tenant fit out work for small medical Clinic within an existing Grocery Store. The scope of work will include general carpentry, finishes, electrical distribution and new plumbing facilities per plans. Coordination with the owners' corporate members and designated project team is required. This project will NOT require NJ Prevailing Wage Rates for labor, nor will the Davis Bacon Act be applicable to the project.
