Invitation to Bid SMALL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES The Millville Housing Authority (MHA) and the Wildwood Housing Authority (WHA) invites sealed bids for Small Construction Services. This includes General Contracting Services, Electrical Contracting Services, Plumbing Contracting Services and Heating and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services for a period of one year with an option for a second year extension. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at MHA offices at 1153 Holly Berry Lane, Millville, New Jersey 08332. Since price is not the sole factor in determining the best respondent, all proposals will be reviewed and ranked, prior to contract award. The Millville Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all proposals to waive any informality's in the qualifications. No Proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of qualifications without the consent of the Millville Housing Authority. This contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 including HUD/MHA/WHA Minority and Women's Business Enterprise Opportunity goals.
