NOTICE OF DECISION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the conclusion of a hearing held before it on January 17, 2013, the Planning Board for the Township of Buena Vista granted preliminary and final major site plan approval and variance relief for lot coverage along with associated waivers to the undersigned, to allow the undersigned applicant to construct, establish and maintain an approximately 5,000 square foot athletic training building and concession area and to continue to maintain two existing trailers for classroom space, all as part of the existing St. Augustine Preparatory School campus that is currently developed on property shown as Lot 1 in Block 4303, Lot 1 in Block 4304 and Lot 1 in Block 4305 on the Buena Vista Township, New Jersey Tax Map, which property is located on Railroad Boulevard and Cedar Avenue. The decision of the Board was memorialized in a written Resolution No. 2013-5 adopted by the said Buena Vista Township Planning Board on February 21, 2013, and is available at the office of the Secretary to the Buena Vista Township Planning Board at Buena Vista Township Municipal Building, 890 Harding Highway, Buena, New Jersey.
