NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD DECISIONS CITY OF MARGATE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Planning Board of the City of Margate was held on Thursday, January 10, 2013 and January 31, 2013, at the Margate City Hall, Margate New Jersey, wherein th following decisions were made: Reorganization wherein the board set meeting dates for 2013, elected officers and appointed professionals for the year 2013. Application of John Elduff for D and C variance relief for Block 330, Lot 33; 9612 Monmouth Ave, was granted. Application of Margate Burger, LLC for Minor Site Plan approval and C variance relief for Block 207.03, Lot 4; 7903 Ventnor Avenue was granted with conditions. Application of 16 Michigan Ave Corp for C variance relief for Block 226, Lot 83: 9223 Ventnor Ave, was granted. Application of Barrels Joint Venture for D and C variance relief for Block 108.2, Lot 19;9 S. Granville Ave, was denied. Application of Designers Choice Custom Homes for C variance relief for Block 101.01, Lot 12.02; 7405 Atlantic Ave, was granted with conditions. Copies of the Resolution memorializing the decisions are on file with the Planning Board Secretary and are available for inspection during regular business hours.
