Marini and Karen Franco Marini recorded in the Ocean County Clerk's Office, on April 28, 2004 Book 12039, at Page I 017; to recover possession of and concerning real estate located at 505 San Juan Drive, Toms River, NJ 08753, and being also known as Lot 2, and Block 442.48 on the tax map of the Township of Dover, County of Ocean and State of New Jersey. Toms River Township was formerly known and Dover Township. By written assignment dated April 8, 2010, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Lenders Network USA, Inc. assigned its mortgage and bond/note to LNV Corporation, plaintiff herein, which was recorded on June 21,2010 in Book 14621 Page 1641. You, Mitchell D. Marini, arc made a party defendant to this foreclosure action because you are the owner of record of the mortgaged premises and because you signed Plaintiff's Note and Mortgage and may be liable for any deficiency and for any lien, claim or interest you or they may have in, to or against the mortgaged premises being foreclosed herein by the Plaintiff.
