O'Donnell and Linda M.O'Donnell as mortgagors, to Ameriquest Mortgage Company recorded on 08/11/2005 in Book 4181 of Mortgages for Cape may County, Page 254 which Mortgage was duly assigned to the plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc. Asset Backed Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005 R7, Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement Dated August 1, 2005, by Assignment of Mortgage dated 2/18/2009; and (2) to recover possession of, and concerns premises commonly known as 206 Lennox Avenue, Cape May, NJ 08204, with a mailing address 206 Lennox Avenue, Cape May, NJ 08204 also being Lot 39.19 in Block 410.01.
