NOTICE TO BE SENT TO EVEYONE ON THE CERTIFID LIST AND TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE PRESS TAKE NOTICE that on the 14th day of March, 2013 at 7:30 O'clock p.m., a hearing will be held at the Upper Township Municipal Building, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, New Jersey, in the matter of Applicants Bob and Ellen Barker, James and Stephanie Piacentino and Marian Swanson, owners of the three units located at 208 N. Commonwealth, are requesting a use variance for the elevation of the structure as a non-conforming structure for elevation to prevent flooding. The proposed elevation will be to raise and lower the structure of the residence known as Block 856, Lots 5 & 6.
