NOTICE VENTNOR CITY PLANNING BOARD Notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned, Brian J. Callaghan attorney for the applicant, Philadelphia Residential Development Company, who are applying to the City of Ventnor City Planning Board in regard to the property known as 111 S. Little Rock Avenue, Ventnor, NJ, also known as Block 10, Lot 01. The applicants are seeking permission to demolish the existing property and to create a 27 lot subdivision for the construction of fee simple single family townhomes together with "C" variance relief for side yard setbacks in that the requirement is 4 feet and the proposed condition is 2 feet 9 inches; rear yard setback is that the requirement is 12 feet and the proposed is 0 feet; and 3rd floor dormers.
