PUBLIC NOTICE Please take notice that the County of Atlantic shall hold a public hearing on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 3, 2013 AT 6:00 PM AT THE ATLANTIC COUNTY CANALE TRAINING CENTER, 5033 ENGLISH CREEK AVENUE, EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, concerning a proposal to make disbursement from the Atlantic County Open Space, Recreation, Farmland and Historic Preservation Trust Fund in excess of one hundred thousand dollars. The following acquisition projects are recommended for funding at this time: Open Space Mill Pond Watershed – Galloway Twp – various lots not to exceed $2,000,000.00 Farmland Preservation Burke Farm - Mullica Twp – not to exceed $250,000.00 A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 6:00 PM to discuss these projects. Interested persons may also submit written comments on the proposals to the Atlantic County Department of Regional Planning, P.O. Box 719, Northfield, NJ 08225-0719, Attention: Joseph Maher, at any time during the formal public comment period which will end on May 20, 2013. On or after May 21, 2013 Atlantic County may take formal action to approve the acquisitions.
