REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SOUTH JERSEY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY ATLANTIC CITY BRIGANTINE CONNECTOR (ACBC) CENTRAL MONITORING & CONTROL SOFTWARE (CMCS) SYSTEMSYSTEM The South Jersey Transportation Authority ("SJTA") is seeking qualified firms with experience to perform system integration services to develop a central monitoring and control software system to support operations of the Atlantic City Brigantine Connector Tunnel. The scope of this project is to procure upgraded Communications Command Center (CCC) software located at both the Farley Service Plaza and tunnel control building. The upgraded software would make operations of the tunnel, roadway and Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems more efficient and user friendly by consolidating the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Traffic Surveillance and Control System (TSCS) system interface, while maintaining the current operational functionalities of each system. The complete Request for Proposals will be available at no charge, on Friday, February 15, 2013 after 1:00 P.M. from the SJTA at the address listed below. Proposers can download the Request for Proposals from the SJTA's website at www.sjta.com.
