REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SPECIAL LEGAL COUNSEL SERVICES FOR THE SOUTH JERSEY TRANSPORTATION PLANNING ORGANIZATION The South Jersey Transportation Authority ("SJTA") on behalf of The South Jersey Transportation Planning Organization ("SJTPO") is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide SPECIAL LEGAL COUNSEL services for the South Jersey Transportation Planning Organization. Request for Proposals will be available on Tuesday, February 5, 2013, after 1:00 p.m. from the address below or downloaded from the Authority website at www.sjta.com. One (1) original and eleven (11) copies of said proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at the following address: South Jersey Transportation Authority Administration Building Farley Service Plaza Atlantic City Expressway, M.P. 21.3 Elwood, NJ 08217 609-965-6060 Please be advised that using Federal Express or any other overnight service does not guarantee next day deliveries to our location. Any packages received after that time listed above may be returned to the proposer unopened. Proposals must be enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the proposer on the outside and reference to this particular project. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals either in whole or in part and also to waive any informality in any proposal or proposals so received.
