EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Food & Beverage This position is responsible for: •Overseeing the Food & Beverage operation including restaurants, culinary departments and service areas. •Reviewing staffing levels, cleanliness and physical condition of all F&B areas •The quality of Food & Beverage and service. •All payroll costs and budget controls. •Approving purchasing and receiving procedures. •Keeping abreast of current F&B trends and practices Minimum Qualifications include: •College degree in culinary studies or appropriate experience •At least six years experience with demonstrated progressive responsibility. •Strong planning, organizational and supervisory skills. •Strong communication skills.
