Employee Relations Manager Pomona, NJ As South Jersey's leading healthcare provider, AtlantiCare provides health and wellness services at over 60 locations throughout southeastern New Jersey, including our AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center campuses in Atlantic City, NJ and Pomona, NJ. In this role, you will be a resource and subject matter expert to our management team. Responsibilities include the issue resolution process, as well as review of and participation in disciplinary actions. You will write and review policies and identify trends and developmental needs within the division. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience, as well as 3-5 years employee relations experience.
