This position will be responsible for creating, developing and implementing the overall strategic marketing direction of the shopping center in order to meet corporate and property business and marketing objectives and bring exposure and excitement to the property, assist the customer service management system, drive revenue associated with B2B and B2Consumer and manage social media program including design and content. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, advertising or public relations. Three plus years' experience in visual merchandising, marketing admin- istration, or advertising. Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel, independent contrators and outside professionals. Ability to use good judgment and initiative to determine the necessary approach or action to take in any situaion. Must have excellent organizational skills with ability to meet company and property absolute deadlines. Must be accurate, detail oriented and have good financial/analytical aptitude. Must be able to multi-task.
