Ticketing Services Director Performing Arts Center Supervises all areas of ticketing including creating, accounting and reporting of all events and series using ProVenue Program. Maintains patron database; designs, implements and monitors cust-omer service policies and procedures. Supervises front-of-house for PAC events Qualifications: Knowledge of Tickets.Com or comparable ticketing software preferred. Capable of providing a high level of customer service. Must possess excellent oral/written commun-ication skills. Two years experience in ticket services preferred with two or more years at the managerial level. Bachelor's degree required. Screening begins October 24, 2011 and will continue until position is filled. Salary: $49,783, depending on qualifications and experience.
