EFFICIENCY ANALYST The Cumberland County Improvement Authority is seeking applicants for the position of Efficiency Analyst. Applicants should possess education, skills and/or experience in identifying and evaluating cost saving opportunities for the Improvement Authority and other participating local governmental units in Cumberland County. The position requires the ability to assess and analyze services provided by local agencies and develop and implement program specific plans and projects to help reduce local expenses. The Efficiency Analyst will report to the Executive Director/Management Consultant of the Improvement Authority. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or other related field required.
