Snowshoe Mountain Resort has two positions open that need filled immediately: EXECUTIVE CHEF Education: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; must be C.E.C. with a Degree/Certification from an ACF credited culinary school and at least five years related experience in a hotel/resort multi units operation with minimum revenue of two million and/or combination of education & experience. Specific Experience: Culinary Experience at a 4 Star restaurant. Experience in everything from fine dining to casual to quick serve. Length of Experience: Minimum 5 years FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER Education: Associates Degree in Hospitality/Business or equivalent and 2 years management in food and beverage high volume restaurant in resort or hotel setting. Specific Experience: Management in high volume restaurant.
