The Chelsea Prime Supper Club truly takes a step back in time. For those of you who love the "Mad Men" vibe (or just happen to have an old soul), there is no better place to be immersed in vintage style, sophisticated and contemporary dining, and fabulous jazz music than the Chelsea Prime Supper Club.
"The Supper Club concept at Chelsea Prime combines unique culinary creations with distinct jazz performances," says Jason Hanin, executive chef for Chelsea Prime. "We always bring in longstanding, Atlantic City jazz artists to keep the local tradition alive, artists like Gina Roche or Paul Jost."
But it's not just the decor and music that sets the Supper Club apart from the rest.
"Unlike many of the larger, chain or casino-affiliated steakhouses, Chelsea Prime offers a more approachable, overall experience," Hanin says. "We have a unique design, personable service, and our culinary traits are unique to us with hand-selected ingredients, many of which are locally sourced."
A step back in time meets up-to-the-minute quality and service. It doesn't get much better than that. Visit the Chelsea Prime Supper Club Thursdays through Saturdays inside The Chelsea Hotel, located at 111 S. Chelsea Ave. in Atlantic City.

Something To Sip On: Chelsea Prime has gone to great lengths to ensure its classic and signature cocktails represent the "500 Club" era of Atlantic City. For instance, try "The Chelsea," made with Absolut vodka, fresh mint, cucumber and lemon juice, and topped with prosecco.
New Menu Options: With a new season comes a new menu of specialty eats - both lite and large. Some of Hanin's picks include the dry-aged New York strip steak or the jumbo grilled prawns. If you're interested in the new "Lite Bites" menu, be sure to try the roasted polenta with tomatoes, or the lamb meatballs topped in yogurt sauce.
Special Treats: Every night features a Prix Fixe menu, and on Thursdays Chelsea Prime offers 50 percent off its entire wine list.
Photo Opp: "As part of the vision for The Chelsea to return to the luxury to the Boardwalk, the design of Chelsea Prime was inspired by our historic photography collection," Hanin says. "Our photos feature such iconic Atlantic City locations as The 500 Club, Steel Pier and the jazz rooms of Kentucky Avenue."
