Board of Education auctioning donated paintings
The Absecon Board of Education is selling more than 100 paintings bequeathed to the school district by artist William E. Lee in 1975. The paintings will be on display from 1 to 3 p.m. Feb. 24 in the Absecon Schools cafetorium at 800 Irelan Ave. The public sale will begin at 3 p.m. For more information, call the Absecon School Board Office at 609-641-5375, ext. 1010.
