Hogan studies Celtic myth in Ireland

Mercyhurst University student Meghan Hogan, of Absecon, was one of 18 students who traveled to Dungarvan, Ireland, for a week to study Celtic mythology during J-Term. Hogan is studying early childhood/ special education.

English Prof. Heidi Hosey, who also serves as dean of international education, arranged the trip. After reading texts from early Irish myth, the group traveled for a week throughout Ireland to experience the sites depicted. Mercyhurst debuted J-Term, a three-week semester that allows students to log extra credits toward their degrees, this January.
