Atlantic City police have arrested a man in a stabbing that happened early Sunday morning.

Patrol officers were called to the 1100 block of Pacific Avenue at about 4:50 a.m. and found a 28-year-old city man with three stab wounds to his neck, Capt. Frank Brennan said.

The victim was treated for his injuries at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center's City Campus.

Witness information helped identify the suspect as Anthony Keyes, 47, of the city, Brennan said. Keyes was found at Resorts Atlantic City and arrested.

Keyes was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

His bail was set at $50,000.

Detective Amir Hughes is the lead investigator.
