Police are looking for a woman who stabbed a man in the head in an apartment Wednesday night.
Eugene Shirk, 21, told police the woman -- whose name he did not know -- stabbed him in an apartment in the second village of Stanley Holmes at about 10:30 p.m., Sgt. Monica McMenamin said. The exact location has not yet been determined.
Shirk took himself to the hospital, McMenamin said. His condition was not considered life-threatening.
Further medical evaluation and testing are pending.
The suspect is described as a heavy-set light-skinned black female about 5-foot-5 with short black hair.
