Atlantic City's Steel Pier to debut $21 million makeover on Saturday

The owners of the Steel Pier are putting $21 million into the pier this season — and a total of $102 million over the next three years. Changes will include a lounge area on the end of the pier, retail shops, and food and beverage services.
