An Atlantic County grand jury has indicted five men in the fatal shooting of an Atlantic City man last year.

Haneef Graves, 29, Jason K. Hall, 22, Carlos Woodall, 24, James Clegg, 22, and Hakeem Ceasar, 24, all of Atlantic City, were indicted Wednesday afternoon, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release.

They are charged in the death of Corleone Hayes, 29, who was shot multiple times Nov. 20, 2011.

Authorities allege the five suspects entered a home on the 1300 block of Baltic Avenue to commit a burglary and shot Hayes.

The charges include first-degree murder, first-degree felony murder, second-degree armed burglary, first-degree conspiracy to commit murder, second-degree conspiracy to commit armed burglary, first-degree gang criminality and multiple weapons offenses, the release stated.

The suspects are all at the Atlantic County jail on $1 million cash bail.
