Lt. Andrew Zuckerman, 30, of Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City, talked with Ms. Woodard's first-grade class at the Dr. Martin Luther King School Complex. The 6-year old kids asked lots of questions about his experience as a helicopter pilot. Zuckerman, who was recently named Partnership in Education Coordinator of the Year, visits the Atlantic City school each month as part of his duty as program coordinator, a responsibility he took on in 2011.

Naki'ya Armstead, 6, asked Lt. Andrew Zuckerman if helicopters could land on clouds. "That's a really good question," he answered. And he gave a little lesson about clouds, during his visit to Ms. Woodard's first-grade class at the Dr. Martin Luther King School.
Lt. Andrew Zuckerman listened as first-grader Xavier Vazquez, 6, read a report he wrote after Zuckerman brought a helicopter to the Dr. Martin Luther King School during a previous visit. The report also featured a drawing of the helicopter with Zuckerman.
