Langford to deliver State of the City to council today

Mayor Lorenzo Langford will deliver the official State of the City address tonight at the Atlantic City Council meeting starting at 5 p.m. at City Hall.

Details about a pending loan program and his likely run for a third mayoral term during the address will be revealed tonight, Langford said after his unofficial speech during last week's Metropolitan Business and Citizens Association meeting.
