Pleasantville Library staff member Sandra Jones, of Somers Point, has taught the Bill and Melinda Gates Computer Lab classes to adults of all computer skill levels for the past five years.
Dawan Phillips, of Atlantic City, said he was unable to get to work due to Hurricane Sandy. He was visiting the Pleasantville branch of the Atlantic County Library to use the computers to look into funding for school.
Tracy Brandon, of Pleasantville, Victor Sheppard, 13, of Pleasantville, Alexandra Lozada, of Pleasantville, and Michael Almeyda, of Absecon, made use of the computers at the Pleasantville Branch of the Atlantic County Library on the Friday following Hurricane Sandy.

Both Cross and Roman were there to fill out FEMA applications in hopes of receiving aid because their homes suffered major damage in the storm.
