A six-month investigation into crack cocaine dealing led to three arrest Wednesday morning.

Two Atlantic City men were arrested by members of the city's SWAT team and Special Investigation Section on first-degree charges of crack cocaine distribution. Another man was arrested on second-degree distribution charges.

The following individuals were arrested and remanded to the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $75,000.00 full cash bail.

Kevin L. Williams, 34, and Shawn Vinson, 41, each was charged with possession and distribution of more than 5 ounces of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute more than five ounces of cocaine and distribution within 500 feet of a park. Williams was also charged with distribution in a school zone.

Qumar J. Winborn, 28, also of Atlantic City, was charged with possession and distribution of more than a half-ounce of cocaine, along with distribution within 500 feet of a park and in a school zone.

The first-degree charges carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and as much as a $200,000 fine. Second-degree crimes carry a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and fines of as much as $150,000.

All are jailed on $75,000 cash bail.
