The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office is still investigating the dead body that was found at a home on Uibel Avenue near Tilton Road in Egg Harbor Township Friday morning.
Police were sent to the home for a medical call, according to police.
Haleigh Walz, the office’s spokeswoman, said the cause of death of the 57-year-old female is still being investigated and requires additional testing.
Walz said authorities are still trying to contact a family member, so the name of the deceased has not been released.
