Christopher Vega, 28, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested March 3 and charged with possession of 130 grams of marijuana.
Vega was pulled over while driving on the Black Horse Pike in West Atlantic City by police.
He was charged with possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, and was taken to Atlantic County Jail  with bail set at $35,000 cash.
