Egg Harbor Township police arrested an Atlantic City man for an assault at a restaurant earl;y Sunday morning.
James McBride, 33 of Atlantic City was charged with aggravated assault for allegedly assaulting a 22-year-old Mays Landing man without provocation at 12:08 a.m. at the Library Pub at McCollough’s Emerald Links Golf Course, police said in a release.
McBride was transported to Atlantic County jail on $25,000.00 cash bail.
The victim had injuries to his head and face and was treated at Shore Medical Center in Somers Point, police said.
This incident was investigated by Det. Robert Harte of the Egg Harbor Township Police Department Criminal Investigations Bureau.
