Andrew Madsen, 26, of Egg Harbor Township, was recently selected as an honorable mention for the 2012 U.S. Kids Golf Top 50 Teachers award, from the U.S. Kids Golf Foundation.

Atlantic Cape Community College volleyball player Sarah Street, 20, of Egg Harbor City, was named a “Woman of the Year” by the New Jersey Association of Intercollegiate Athletics for Women.

Bowen

Nurse’s Aide Mary Bowen, of Egg Harbor Township, is Shore Medical Center’s January Guardian Angel of the Month. The program enables patients to thank a special caregiver through a donation to the hospital. Bowen has been with Shore’s Telemetry Unit for more than 25 years.
