A 53-year-old Galloway woman is in critical condition after driving into a tree late Tuesday night.
Police said Julianne Lieb was driving west on East Biscayne Avenue at 10:33 p.m. when she failed to follow the curve at Seaview Avenue and hit a tree.
She was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City for a head injury where she remains in critical condition as of Wednesday morning, police said.
The road was closed for about an hour and the accident is under investigation, police said.
