A debate between the six candidates for seats of the Atlantic County Board of Chosen Freeholders has been set for 7 p.m. Oct. 29 at the Atlantic County Institute of Technology in Mays Landing.
The debate, organized by the Atlantic County Democratic and Republican committees, will be moderated by The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey Hughes Center.
The incumbent Republican candidates, 2nd District Freeholder Chairman Frank Formica, at-large Freeholder Frank Giordano and 5th District Freeholder Jim Bertino, will debate with Democratic 2nd District candidate Stephen P. Dicht, a Ventnor attorney, at-large candidate Colin Bell, an Atlantic City attorney, and 5th District candidate Erica Polito, a Hammonton resident and Port Republic teacher.
