Tree lighting set for Memorial Park

The Historic Preservation Commission and the Township of Hamilton will hold their tree-lighting ceremony Nov. 24.

The mayor will light up the park at 6 p.m., and Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive at 6:30 to visit with children and will remain until all have been seen. Parents are encouraged to bring their own cameras, as the township will not be taking pictures. There will be free hot chocolate, provided by ShopRite, and free cookies compliments of Boakes Funeral Home.

In the event of rain, the event will take place Nov. 25. For more information, call Cheryl at 625-1598.
