Local students make dean’s list at TCNJ

The following local students have earned the honor of placement on the dean’s list at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) for the fall 2012 semester: Carmen Cincotti and Kevin Mittler, both of Mays Landing.

For consistently delivering outstanding, patient-centered service and embodying Shore Medical Center’s Mission, Vision and Values, Shore Medical Center is proud to announce that Nutrition Care Assistant William Dilmore, of Mays Landing, has been named the medical center’s January 2013 Employee of the Month.

Dilmore joined Shore Medical Center’s Security Department in 1998. In 2005, he transitioned to Shore’s Nutrition Services Department as a nutrition care assistant. Dilmore’s co-workers applaud his commitment to providing high-quality service to patients and their families.

Dilmore was nominated by Director of Nutrition Services Jennifer Crowley, who said he is a team player who always puts patient needs first. He also works hard to build a rapport with his patients and puts them at ease during their stay.

Locals on dean’s list at Rhode Island

The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce that 4,199 undergraduates have qualified for the fall 2012 dean’s list, including Emily J. Huenke, of Mays Landing. To be included on the dean’s list, students must have completed 12 or more credits during a semester for letter grades with at least a 3.3 quality-point average.

Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 credits with a 3.3 quality-point average.
