Funeral services for the 2013 Cedar Creek High School graduate who died last week in a motor vehicle accident will be held on Thursday.

Dillon Garth, 18, of Egg Harbor City, was driving a 2002 Ford on Route 50 near Oak Road when it ran off the road and struck a tree. He was working as a mechanic’s helper for Craig Testing Boring Company, according to his obituary.

Garth was a wrestler for Cedar Creek and his passions included hunting, fuishing, other outdoor activities and working on vehicles with his father and grandfather.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Wimberg Funeral Home on 400 Liverpool Avenue in Egg harbor City.

Visitation will also be held from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Emmanuel Congregational Church on Liverpool Avenue and the White Horse Pike in Egg harbor City. The funeral will begin at 11 a.m. and burial will be at the Egg Harbor City Cemetery.
