A Hammonton man is in critical condition after an accident Saturday afternoon.

A pickup truck driven by James Badagliacco and a Ford Focus collided just before 12:30 p.m. at 14th Street and Second Road, police said.

The driver of the Ford Focus, Christina Marino, 20, fled the scene, police said, but was later located after the car was recovered in Winslow Township.

Badagliacco's truck left the road and hit a tree, police said. He was airlifted to Cooper Hospital in Camden, police said, where he was listed in critical condition.

The crash was under investigation Saturday night.
