Hammonton man dies from injuries suffered in July 13 motor vehicle accident

An 88-year-old Hammonton man has died from injuries he suffered in a July 13 crash in Egg Harbor Township.

Police said Thomas Elvins died Friday after undergoing treatment at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City.

He was a passenger in a car involved in a three-vehicle crash at Zion and Old Zion roads in the Scullville section of the township.
